Judge Richard Stearns, a Bill Clinton Appointee Issues Racist Judgement
Judge’s Ruling on Dr. Shiva Ayyadurai Sets Precedent Blacks and Minorities Who Do Not Tow the Two-Party System Will be Excluded from the Debate Stage
CAMBRIDGE, MA (October 31, 2018) – A Massachusetts Federal Court judge, appointed by his “chum” Bill Clinton justified the exclusion of Independent candidate for the U.S Senate, Dr. Shiva Ayyadurai, from the debate stage. Judge Richard Stearns’ ruling sets a precedent for excluding Blacks and minorities who do not tow the two-party system. Exclusions from the debate stage are only permissible if an individual is found to be detrimental to the State. The judge’s ruling effectively states Dr. Shiva Ayyadurai’s exclusion is justified since he is a threat to the State because his candidacy will result in the destruction of the two-party system.
Dr. Shiva Ayyadurai has consistently spoken out against and exposed Monsanto, whose GMOs and pesticides have poisoned the American people and their children. Democrats and Republicans both get funded by Monsanto. Dr. Ayyadurai has developed a solution to re-engineer the postal service to protect the First Amendment and to protect the privacy of all American citizens. Dr. Ayyadurai has developed a solution to lower the cost of healthcare from $10,000 per worker to $2,500 per worker while ensuring excellent and world-class patient service. His Real Solutions to Real Problems are a threat to Big Pharma, Big Insurance, Big Hospitals, Big Tech and the military-industrial-academic complex. The lawyer-lobbyists and career-politicians of the Democrat and Republican parties do not want Dr. Ayyadurai’s solutions to be heard by the American people.
Dr. Shiva Ayyadurai leads the incumbent Elizabeth Warren by 11 points in the latest head-to-head poll conducted by Suffolk University. The analysis of the polling data was conducted by one of the world’s leading and reputed statisticians, Professor Devavrat Shah, Director, Statistics & Data Science Center at the Institute for Data, Systems and Society (IDSS) of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). According to Dr. Shah, “[T]he Suffolk poll on SOMEWHAT LIKELY voters, those who vote typically in presidential years and somewhat in mid-terms, reveals that Dr. Ayyadurai’s favorability is at 41% relative to Elizabeth Warren’s at 30%.”
Although the University of Massachusetts came up with a post-facto reason for excluding Dr. Ayyadurai from the debate stage, the decision to invite the two White candidates to the stage was taken on the night of the primaries without using any criteria to make their decision. The judge was aware of this fact and was also aware that previous debates in 2010 and 2014 for the elections to the Senate seat and the post of the Governor included as many as five candidates including those who polled just 1%. In those cases, the candidates were Whites. The judge even attempted to claim that he was a superior mathematician than Professor Shah even though he only has a humanities background and made basic middle school level gaffes in his court order.
“Judge Richard Stearns is a particular insidious type of racist. He hates Blacks and minorities like me who are committed to destroying the corrupt two-party system. I doubt that if I was White and Jewish and a member of either the Democrat or Republican parties, if I would ever have been excluded from the debate stage.” said Dr. Ayyadurai. Richard Stearns is not known for his intellect and was appointed by Bill Clinton because he was Clinton’s friend. The Wall Street Journal referred to him as Clinton’s Oxford University chum. Stearns also has a history of sentencing Blacks to excessive prison terms for non-violent crimes.
