- Have conversations with people, stay on script. The goal is to hand out lots of flyers to people who are Independent
- Put flyers on windshields, shopping carts, in shopping bags, etc.
- Block people going in or out or disrupt their business in any way

- What do I need, who and where do I get it from? – You will be assigned a Team Captain. They will give you your on-the-ground package which includes: knapsack, flyers, hat, button, clipboard
- What if someone wants to pledge their vote? – Use your personal pledge link and get them pledged. Alternatively, they can go to Shiva4Senate.com to register.
- Why are we getting pledges now? – The reason we’re doing this Pledge Campaign NOW is because during the last election in 2020, they deleted ballot images. We sued and won in court, but after the fact. So we have to count our own votes now to verify that you voted. We have our own secure server. We also filed a court order to force the secretary of state to follow the law and preserve the ballot images (52 U.S.C. §20701). They then admitted in their response that they will delete ballot images again. We’re getting in front of their corruption.
- What if a staff person comes out to say I can’t be handing out flyers? – Direct the staff to speak with your Team Captain. However, be confident that federal law allows you to be there. The Supreme Court has consistently ruled that peacefully distributing leaflets, handbills, and literature in public spaces is a core First Amendment right. Local governments cannot ban this activity. - How many MA registered voters are independent? – At least 65%. It’s higher in younger voters and the areas we have chosen to hand out flyers, you’re in an excellent location.
